Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of the property’s operations, including planning and daily operations.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and direct staff under GM directives.
• Maintain accounting records and daily reporting.
• Review and confirm invoices for GM approval.
• Manage monthly inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate project management under GM supervision.
• Interact with vendors, obtain quotes, and manage insurances.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and building standards.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
