Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related management and supervisory experience.
• Leadership, teamwork, problem solving and technical capacities.
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Active Florida CAM license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of property operations and daily planning.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and review staff under GM directives.
• Maintain accounting records and daily reporting; manage invoices with Admin. Assistant.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and insurance; ensure documents updated in systems.
• Prepare board meeting materials and manage resident inquiries.
