Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related management and supervisory experience.
• Active Florida CAM license required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of property operations and daily planning within budget constraints.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and direct property staff under GM guidance.
• Maintain records, invoices, and reporting; coordinate with Admin Assistant for approvals.
• Coordinate move-ins and resident orientation; respond to resident inquiries and issues promptly.
