Guest Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Naples, FL to assist the General Manager with property operations and floor management, aiming to meet financial goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in related management and supervisory roles.
• Active Florida CAM license.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of property operations, budgeting, scheduling, supervising, and daily operations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff under the GM’s directives.
• Maintain accounting records and daily reporting for the property.
• Review invoices with Admin Assistant for GM approval and vendor coordination.
• Monthly inventory of maintenance supplies with Resident Services.
• Project management under the GM’s supervision.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure insurance is up-to-date and gather quotes.
• Update management support systems and the property website.
• Handle confidential information and explain policies when necessary.
• Process Architectural applications, rental/sales applications and complete stopples.
• Initiate contact with new residents to coordinate move-in and orientation.
• Handle delinquencies and collections with Association documents and Florida Statutes and GM review.
• Assist in preparation of Board Meetings including Agendas, content and packets.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues timely.
• Maintain safe facility environment including maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee hygiene.
• Notify Unit Manager of unusual events or safety issues.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner and enhance its image with clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
• Perform property opening/closing procedures including emergencies.
• On-Call for emergencies.
• All other duties as assigned.
