Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in day-to-day financial and operational tasks for the property. You will handle rent processing, invoicing, reporting, and leasing activities while delivering excellent resident service.

You’ll supervise tasks with the maintenance team, coordinate vendor relations, and help enact marketing plans to sustain occupancy and profitability. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalente.
• Experience in property management or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with financial and operational tasks.
• Complete leasing cycle and support marketing efforts.
• Process invoices and rent collections.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management.
