Job summary

ZRS Management in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, collect rent, and assist with budgeting and resident relations. You will review applications, audit move-ins, and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines while coordinating with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and budget goals.

The role requires good organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of experience in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations when necessary and work with the property manager to uphold community guidelines.
• Review and approve applications with proof of income and eligibility per guidelines.
• Audit move-ins to verify payments and documents are uploaded.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and coding, upload bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation.
• Assist with leasing and property tours as needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet customer service standards.
• Support with occupancy goals and renewals to maximize retention.
• May work one weekend per month.
