ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive leasing and resident relations, manage budgets, and lead a team to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, competitive pricing strategies, and supervision of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin support. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing is highly preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of apartment communities including leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Set rental rates based on market research and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance techs, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance for timely work orders, move-ins, make-ready, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets and analyze performance.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
