ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our apartment communities in Fort Worth, TX. You will focus on delivering exceptional resident service while driving revenue, managing leasing, maintenance, and staff across properties.

You will lead marketing initiatives, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations. A license and strong budgeting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily apartment industry preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Research rental rates and adjust pricing to stay competitive.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.
• Oversee lease renewals and maximize resident retention.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and budgets.
