Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fort Worth, TX to attract, screen and lease units. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and assist residents through move-ins, while promoting property standards and resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the property team, use property management software, and stay informed about market trends to maximize occupancy. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and explain policies to residents.
• Conduct property tours and respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with move-ins.
• Help maintain high occupancy by marketing properties and outreach.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on marketing events and reports.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work weekends as needed.
