You will assist with applications, move-ins, and revenue posting while coordinating with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and budget goals.

The role requires strong organization, ability to work evenings/weekends occasionally, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and basic property management exposure preferred.
• High school diploma required; higher education in business or property management preferred.
• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue posting accuracy.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are executed and uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and property tours; support resident relations.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budget and coding.
• Handle escalated resident issues and support the property team.
• Occasionally host resident functions and support renewals.
