Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at an assigned residential property. You will oversee leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and communications to ensure optimal occupancy and compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, managing budgets, and driving resident satisfaction through a strong renewal program. Strong customer service and knowledge of LIHTC rules are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to market properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, renewals, collections, and reporting.
• Supervise the maintenance team and ensure timely repairs and compliance with permits.
• Maintain and monitor financial records, rent rolls, and reports.
• Oversee rental collections, notices, evictions, and compliance with lease terms.
• Lead and develop the property management team, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Support marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and analyze market conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations.
