Job summary

Cornerstone Residential in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Property Manager to lead resident services and oversee daily property operations. You will manage leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and communications while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and other laws.

The role requires coordinating a property management team, maintaining occupancy, supervising maintenance, and delivering excellent service to residents and owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Supervise leasing team to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain financial records, rent collection, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and lease policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supervise vendor requests.
• Prepare invoices, budgets, and property status reports.
