The role requires 3+ years in residential leasing or property management, LIHTC/Section 8 experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management.
• LIHTC/Section 8 property management experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training property staff and evaluates performance.
• Supervises leasing activities and maintains 100% occupancy goals.
