• Leasing tasks: show apartments, process move-in paperwork, renewals.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours and curb appeal standards are met.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional conduct.
• Assist in recruiting and supervising team members; adhere to hiring policies.
