Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center in Wilsonville, Oregon seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, maintenance, and monthly reporting while delivering a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality across the property.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and communicate a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
