Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations and resident relations. You will oversee lease administration, docs, and reporting, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance across the property.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, resident communication, and staff training, while promoting strong owner relations and financial accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience recommended.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle helpful.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent posting, and rent rolls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Assist in lease administration, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Support staff training on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
