Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, tenant relations, and financial reporting. You will oversee lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination to ensure a positive resident experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, a High school diploma, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems. Bachelor's preferred; full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accounts receivable: rent collection, postings, deposits, rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins/outs and lease renewals; assist with staff training.
