The role requires detail-oriented, organized professionals with strong communication skills and experience in property management or related fields.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, leasing, bookkeeping, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities."

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Assist with prospective resident screenings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with leasing activities such as tours, lease prep, and policy compliance.
• Oversee rent collection, payments processing, and delinquency follow-ups.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely service and upkeep.
• Monitor property performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning resident events to foster community.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to position the community well.
