You will assist with screenings, move-ins/outs, and coordinating maintenance while ensuring policy compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with proficiency in Entrata and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, leasing, or bookkeeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient with Entrata and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Assist with prospective resident screenings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with leasing activities, such as tours, lease preparation, and policy compliance.
• Oversee rent collection, process payments, and manage delinquency follow-ups.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely service and upkeep.
• Monitor and report on property performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing resident events to foster community spirit.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to position the community well.
