Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multi-tasking ability.

• Experience in property management, leasing, bookkeeping or related field.
• Proficient with OneSite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Assist with prospective resident screenings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as a contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with leasing activities, conduct property tours, prepare lease agreements and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee rent collection, process payments, and manage delinquency follow-ups.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely service and upkeep.
• Monitor property performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning resident events to foster community.
