Flaherty & Collins Properties seeks an Assistant Property Manager for The Lodge of Overland Park in Overland Park, KS. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include screenings, move-ins/outs, rent collection, and lease administration, while ensuring policy compliance. A high school diploma and property management experience are preferred, with OneSite and MS Office proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management, leasing, bookkeeping or similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to juggle priorities.
• Proficient in OneSite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Assist with prospective resident screenings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in leasing activities, such as property tours and lease preparation, ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency follow-ups.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely service completion.
• Monitor property performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in planning resident events to foster community.
