Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at The Lodge of Overland Park. You will handle leasing, resident relations, and coordination with maintenance teams to ensure the property's success.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and experience in property management. Proficiency with OneSite and MS Office is expected, along with a detail-oriented, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, leasing, or similar field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Assist with screening prospective residents and move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with leasing tasks such as tours, lease agreements, and policy compliance.
• Oversee rent collection, process payments, and follow up on delinquency.
