Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance and/or trade craft experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate general maintenance tasks and trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting).
- Oversee light groundskeeping, appliance maintenance, pool maintenance and related duties.
