Fulson Asset Management in Kansas City is seeking a Property Assistant Manager to support daily operations of our community, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and assist in keeping apartments and facilities well managed.

You will interact with tenants, greet applicants, process payments, and help enforce community policies; this is an on-site role with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to staff and lead teamwork, setting a harmonious example.
• Assist in planning tenant functions and host events as directed by the Property Manager.
• Answer questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, rules, etc., and follow up as needed.
• Distribute notices and handle renewal notices; greet prospective applicants.
