Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to assist the Community Director in operating the property and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will handle rent processing, delinquencies, evictions, and accounting tasks, while leading site-level operations and coordinating with maintenance and vendors. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing leasing activity, preparing reports, and assisting with resident events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitors accounts receivable including collecting rent and maintaining rent roll.
• Collects delinquent balances from previous residents.
• Prepares and distributes financial and leasing reports, month-end close, and lease expiration matrices.
• Process evictions and related notices and attend court hearings.
• Lease units as needed and process renewals and notices.
• Coordinate with maintenance for unit reconditioning after move-out.
• Assist with site-level leadership and resident events.
