Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks a Community Manager to support the Community Director in operating the Ohana Military Communities at Kailua, HI. You will lead staff, manage rent collection, delinquencies, and legal notices, and oversee accounting processes including pre-close and close-out activities.

The role requires supervising multiple teams, maintaining accurate rent rolls, and ensuring compliance with company policies while supporting resident relations and site-level leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of property leasing experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of managing others.
• Bachelor’s or higher preferred in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists, and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitor accounts receivable, post rent, and maintain rent roll accuracy.
• Process evictions, lease renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely unit reconditioning.
