Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Community Supervisor to assist the Community Director and Manager in the operation of the property. You will interact with residents, vendors, and Hunt staff while overseeing rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and month-end accounting processes.

You will also prepare financial/leasing reports, audit records, process leases and renewals, and coordinate with maintenance on move-ins/outs and unit readiness.

Qualifications

• Two years of property leasing experience or applicable skills.
• 1-3 years of experience managing others.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Director and Manager in overall property operations.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and notices.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports (month-end pre-close, closeout, renewal matrix).
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Process evictions and related paperwork and hearings.
• Lease units as needed and ensure lease files are complete.
• Process lease renewals and notices; monitor expiration letters.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely move-ins/outs and unit reconditioning.
• Assist with resident relations and retention activities.
• Provide site-level leadership in the Community’s absence.
