Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks a Community Supervisor at Camp Lejeune to assist the Community Director and Manager in the day-to-day property operations and customer satisfaction. You’ll interact with residents, vendors, and Hunt staff while leading site-level activities and financial processes.

Responsibilities include rent collection, delinquencies, reporting, evictions, leasing, move-ins/outs, and coordination with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Two years of property leasing experience required.
• 1–3 years of people management experience preferred.
• Experience with YARDI and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors accounts receivable, collects rent, and posts payments with accurate rent rolls.
• Handles delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices; processes court filings if needed.
• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly financial/lease reports and analyses; performs month-end close.
• Leases units, renewals, and sends lease expiration notices; conducts market surveys.
• Coordinates move-ins/outs, inspections, and unit readiness with maintenance staff.
• Manages vendor payables and scans invoices to AP for payments.
