Job summary

Drucker + Falk in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing and property operations under the Regional Property Manager. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, lease signings, and ensure a well-maintained community while supporting budget goals.

The position requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work with residents, staff, and contractors. Travel may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or significant property management experience.
• 3 years property management experience preferred or required.
• ARM, CAM, RAM or HCCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare/process leases.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate staff under Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain payroll records and comply with policies.
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency handling.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Address resident complaints and ensure property maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and vendors.
• Schedule staff for routine maintenance and office coverage.
• Travel as required for property needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
