Job summary

WHSmith is seeking an Operations Delivery Manager to lead field operations at a designated airport or resort property. You will partner with store leaders and the Multi-Unit Manager to drive performance, coaching, and consistent execution across the property.

Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, improving SOPs, inventory controls, and customer experience. You will mentor frontline teams and ensure readiness for new initiatives while maintaining strong compliance and safety

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of field ops in retail, hospitality, airport, or resort settings.
• Strong coaching and performance development for store teams.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations delivery at a property and partner with Multi-Unit Manager.
• Analyze sales, labor, shrink, inventory accuracy, and compliance trends.
• Drive execution consistency, SOP adherence, and high-quality customer experience.
• Coach store leaders on routines, engagement, and selling behaviors.
• Implement action plans to improve store-level performance across the property.
