Job summary

WHSmith seeks an Operations Delivery Manager to lead a property-level operations team at Miami Intl Airport. You will drive operational performance, people development, and sales enablement, partnering with store leaders and field teams to ensure consistent execution.

You will coach leaders on daily routines, inventory, compliance, and customer experience, using data insights to push improvements and maintain high standards across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive retail, hospitality, airport, resort, or high-volume customer-facing operational leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, coach store teams, and drive accountability in a fast-paced property environment.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, labor productivity, inventory control, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance, people capability, sales enablement, and execution for a single property.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on daily routines, selling behaviors, and standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance, risk controls, and safety across the property.
• Partner with Multi-Unit Manager to align on expectations and improvements.
