Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead the on-site operations and coordinate cross-department efforts to meet company objectives. You will work with Regional Directors and Boards to implement projects and deliver quality service to residents.

The role requires CAM certification, a minimum of 3 years in related fields, and strong leadership. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and possible travel; compensation in the $70–75K range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Must be CAM certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
• Strong problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive information and knowledge of Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered and Board expectations are met.
• Ensure contractual obligations between the association and FirstService Residential are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and propose improvements within budget.
• Oversee construction projects and property maintenance/improvement.
• Maintain portal information including work orders and meeting minutes.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage.
