Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Portfolio Community Association Manager to lead multiple properties and drive service excellence. You will oversee operations, coordinate with boards, manage contracts, and supervise staff across sites within a defined book of business.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in property operations or related fields, a Florida CAM license, and a business degree. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Certified and licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision making.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent organization, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Florida statutes and community documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and board expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and deliver improvement recommendations.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Create and upload information in the portal (work orders, meeting minutes, reports).
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; provide direction and resolve issues.
