Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Community Association Manager to lead our on-site operations, coordinating with departments to meet company objectives and deliver high-quality service to residents. You will oversee staff, ensure contractual obligations are met, and manage multiple properties within the assigned book of business.

The ideal candidate has a CAM certification and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with 3+ years in property operations, hospitality, or construction,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Must be CAM certified and FL licensed.
• Strong problem-solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and timely responses to questions and problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential and ensure obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies, and propose action plans.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure maintenance/improvement within budget and schedule.
• Create, maintain, and upload information in our portal including work orders and meeting minutes.
• Interview, select, hire, train and schedule assigned staff.
