Birchstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations of a multi-family property, ensuring exceptional resident service and Birchstone standards. The role drives budgeting, performance metrics, leasing strategies, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee financial performance, implement marketing plans, conduct tours, and mentor staff to deliver top-tier resident experiences while maintaining the property’s value and compliance with company values.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years as Property Manager in multi-family environment preferred.
• 3+ years in multi-family Conventional/Market Rate Class A/B communities preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct all aspects of property operations to meet Birchstone standards and resident satisfaction.
• Develop annual property budget and monitor financial performance with leadership and ownership.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide regular reports on operations, financials, and staffing; manage vendor relationships and approvals.
