Job summary

Thrive HR is seeking a hands-on Property Manager / Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. You will serve as the operational leader, supporting the team, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

You will lead leasing and maintenance teams, drive occupancy and pricing, and partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution, while maintaining a high-quality resident experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager / Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential community.

This is a leadership and operations role, focused on driving property performance, strengthening processes, and ensuring a consistently high-quality resident experience. You will serve as the operational leader for the property, supporting the team, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve how things work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for the residential community
• Manage and develop on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and personnel issues
• Drive accountability for performance, service standards, and outcomes
• Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, and pricing activity
• Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support growth and performance
• Identify gaps in process and implement operational improvements
• Track KPIs and ensure accurate property-level reporting
• Support lease-up activity and the integration of new acquisitions as needed
• Partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution
