Job summary

Birchstone Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily property operations and drive resident satisfaction. You will supervise staff, develop budgets, analyze financials, and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with preference for CPM/CAM/ARM certifications and multi-family experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years work experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family environment preferred.
• Three or more years work experience in multi-family, Conventional/Market Rate, Class A and Class B communities preferred.
• One (1) or more years work experience in Supervisory role preferred.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM), CAM, and/or ARM certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all aspects of property operations within budgetary guidelines.
• Develop and oversee annual property budget; analyze financial statements and reconcile monthly reports.
• Set rental rates, oversee collections, deposits and reporting; monitor occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide leadership and training to team members; conduct regular performance reviews.
