Birge & Held is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across several multifamily communities, ensuring efficiency, curb appeal, and an exceptional resident experience. You will manage the on-site Customer Experience Team and collaborate with our centralized team to maximize property value and performance.

You will lead performance goals, coach staff, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and standards while reporting to the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading a team.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in multi-family or hospitality.
• Be proficient in property management software (Onesite/Yardi), MS Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
