Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager for 250 West to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, rent collection, reporting, and resident experience.

Lead the team, recruit and coach staff, execute the marketing plan, and ensure safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview and provide coaching and development for staff.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate with corporate office.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Oversee safety records, loss claims and risk management.
