Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property, ensuring resident satisfaction and strong financial performance. You will manage leases, rent collection, and maintenance while leading a team and coordinating with the corporate office.

The role requires a background in property management, strong customer service, and hands-on leadership. A housing discount is part of the compensation package, and the position is based in Pflugerville, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction, revenue and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead associates with a clear vision and effective communication.
• Execute marketing plan to attract and retain residents; handle leases.
