Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for HUD/LIHTC properties to support the Property Manager with operations, leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting across assigned residential property.

This full-time, hourly position runs Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, offering opportunities to grow with a values-driven team and contribute to occupancy and income growth for our residents and property owners.

Qualifications

Minimum two years’ property management industry experience and HUD/LIHTC experience.
One-Site or other property management software.
Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
Proven ability to market properties.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Assist Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
Assist with management of property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team.
Manage and monitor rental collection.
Manage, create, and monitor marketing activities.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations.
