Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago is hiring for a Property Operations Supervisor on Marco Island, FL. You will lead a team, oversee daily property operations, and ensure top guest experiences.

Expect cross-team collaboration, inspections, and proactive owner communications to maintain high standards and optimize performance. The role requires flexible scheduling with weekend work, travel between properties, and the ability to handle light maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Technical computer skills required on all hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices).
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of properties to optimize productivity and quality.
• Provide cross-coverage for the team and management when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls and tickets.
• Engage property owners to maintain clean, well‑kept homes and build strong relationships.
• Meet company standards and metrics such as NPS and unit appearance.
• Assist budgeting for portfolio costs and perform cost‑benefit analyses.
• Assist onboarding for new units joining the portfolio.
• Perform light home maintenance tasks as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment and address conflicts promptly.
• Assist recruiting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain open relationships with regional teams and upper management.
• Other duties as assigned.
