VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a team across a portfolio of properties. You will coach staff, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and evaluate performance to align with company goals.

This role involves inspecting properties and ensuring guest and owner satisfaction. You will manage daily workflows, coordinate cross-site support, and handle escalated guest concerns.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or related industry is highly preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations of properties to optimize productivity and meet objectives.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support the team by addressing guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Build relationships with property owners to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and quality.
