Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a hands-on leader to manage a portfolio of properties, guide a team of employees, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves walking owners through monthly statements, inspecting properties before guest arrivals, and developing a high-performing team.

Year-round position with benefits, including a base salary of 50,000 per year and opportunities for a quarterly bonus plus a $150 monthly auto stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality or vacation industry preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Frequent travel between worksites is essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Clear, thoughtful communication that represents the company positively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow of properties to optimize productivity and quality.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management when needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via email, calls, and tickets.
• Build relationships with property owners and ensure properties are clean, maintained, and well cared for.
• Meet company standards and metrics (e.g., NPS, unit appearance, efficiency).
• Assist budgeting for portfolio and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate with Onboarding for new units joining the portfolio.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Foster a collaborative, open communication environment and resolve conflicts.
• Assist recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
