Job summary

Placemakr in Tempe, AZ is seeking an on-site Coordinator, Property Operations to support property leadership and front/back-of-house teams. The role centers on delivering exceptional guest experiences while aligning with corporate standards.

Reporting to the General or Operations Manager, you will juggle administrative duties with hands-on operations across front desk and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced environment. Open availability is needed, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering exceptional experiences in customer, administrative or operations roles.
• 1+ year experience as a team lead or mentor (preferred).
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site exceptional guest/resident experiences.
• Collaborate with on-site and off-site teams to execute operations.
• Maintain safe, compliant environment following policies.
• Follow flexible scheduling to support business needs.
• Perform front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to support leaders.
• Support with inventory, scheduling, and administrative duties as assigned.
