Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of budget and team management experience.

• Basic knowledge of building structures.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Greet guests, show the property and amenities, and execute rental agreements.

• Oversee maintenance, custodial staff, and housekeeping duties.
