Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida seeks an Operations Manager to assist the Property Manager with day-to-day building operations, overseeing deliveries, construction, moves, and contractor activity while ensuring safety and compliance.

During evening shifts you will ensure contractors are off by 5 p.m., retrieve packages for residents, relieve the Front Desk Manager when needed, monitor safety issues, and report incidents to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma. CPR Certification is desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Multiple language fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the Association.
• Oversee deliveries, construction, moves and issues that require monitoring.
• In the evening shift, ensure all contractors are off by 5 p.m. and check common hallways for debris.
• Relieve Front Desk Manager as needed and assist residents with non-managerial issues.
• Regularly walk the property to ensure operation and safety, and report incidents.
• Notify Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor of any mechanical malfunctions or emergencies.
