Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations, partnering with regional directors and boards to implement projects and deliver quality service. The role requires 3+ years in property operations and a CAM license with a Florida-validated background in business management.

You will oversee teams, manage budgets, maintain contracts, and ensure timely responses to residents and questions. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be CAM licensed by the State of Florida.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes and community documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Lead a property team while maintaining standards of excellence for processes and staffing.
• Liaise to ensure quality service and prompt responses to questions and problems.
• Ensure contractual obligations between the association and FirstService Residential are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and propose improvements.
• Oversee construction projects and property maintenance within budget.
• Manage uploads to the portal including work orders, meeting minutes, and Monthly Management Report.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure proper coverage.
