Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards while fostering a service-driven culture across departments.

Responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, basic accounting, HR duties, and coordination with sales to maximize profitability. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Front Office Manager/AGM or equivalent leadership role in hotel ops.
• 3+ years supervisory hotel experience across departments.
• Brand experience with Hilton/Marriott or similar full-service hotels preferred.
• Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and guest service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with guests, associates, and leadership.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property walks to ensure a clean, well-maintained, guest-ready environment.
• Oversee hotel operations with the General Manager to ensure brand standards and operational excellence.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach associates for a service-driven team.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and recognize achievements.
• Perform basic accounting functions including A/P, A/R, deposits, and night audit oversight.
