Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related management experience in facilities (hotel, resort, condo).
• Strong maintenance and project oversight experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; financial reporting basics.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily operations of the condominium property.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and management.
• Maintain financial records; manage P&L; explain variances.
• Attend board/committee meetings; provide reports.
• Ensure safe, well-maintained facilities; manage maintenance and upgrades.
• Represent the company professionally to clients, guests, vendors.
